Between Buildings

Permission to Walk Between Buildings

Permission to Walk Between Buildings

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Assalam Alaykum,

As a result of our expansion to a second campus, our grade 7-12 students may require at times to walk unsupervised while going from one building of the school to another.

By signing this form, you give permission for your child to walk between the two buildings, acknowledge that they may not be supervised at all times when they walk between the two buildings, and that you will not hold the school and its staff liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur.

If you choose not to sign this form, then your child may be left back until a supervisor can be present to walk with him/her, which may cause some delay to the student.

If your child does not follow the rules or chooses to wander off, then consequences may be implemented by the administration.

In signing this form, I give permission for my child to walk unsupervised from one building to another, and I understand that my child may be unsupervised during the walk between buildings. I understand that this may be withdrawn by the school at any time.  Moreover, accidents can occur with or without the fault on either the part of the students or the school. I am accepting the risk of an accident occurring, and agree that this activity, as described above, is suitable for my child.  I will not hold AlBaqir Academy liable for any injury that my child may incur while off the school premises.
